Usage: SpotSave app is designed to assist users in parking their cars in large parking lots. Users may only use the app for this purpose.
Accuracy of Information: Users must ensure that the information entered into SpotSave app is accurate and complete. SpotSave will not be liable for any incorrect or incomplete information entered by the user.
Liability: SpotSave will not be responsible for any damage or loss to users' cars. Users must be careful when parking and retrieving their cars using SpotSave app.
Intellectual Property: SpotSave app is subject to copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights owned by SpotSave or third-party owners. Users must not infringe these rights by using the app.
Modification of Terms: SpotSave reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. By continuing to use SpotSave app, users are deemed to have accepted any changes.
Service Interruptions: SpotSave will not be liable for any events that cause interruptions to services in the app.
Termination of Service: SpotSave reserves the right to terminate or suspend the app at any time. In such case, SpotSave will provide users with prior notice.
Termination of Usage: SpotSave reserves the right to block usage of the app or suspend a user's account if the user violates these terms and conditions.
Applicable Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
